Munchy: the food label game

Common questions
- Munchy says “That’s the front”. Turn the pack over and fill the frame with the nutrition table. Good light and holding the phone still help; small stickers read best up close.
- The barcode wasn’t found. Not every product is in the public food databases. Photograph the nutrition table. With your permission, Munchy uses its online service and Google Gemini to read it. On supported iPhones, on-device nutrition reading is available when you are offline or choose not to allow photo analysis. Android requires an internet connection for new label reading; saved products remain available offline.
- A number looks wrong. Numbers Munchy isn’t sure about get a “Check” tag. Tap it, compare with the pack and fix it; Munchy re-grades straight away. For anything else, rescan the label or email us.
- I reinstalled and lost my shelf. On iPhone, Munchy restores from your iCloud when you’re signed in to iCloud on this iPhone. Open Munchy, wait a few seconds on Wi‑Fi, and your game comes back. Android progress is device-local: uninstalling or clearing app storage removes it, and restoring a purchase does not restore your shelf.
Munchy+
- Restore a purchase: open Munchy+ in the app and tap Restore at the bottom.
- Cancel or change your plan: On iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Munchy. On Android: Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Munchy. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Refunds on iPhone are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, use Google Play refund support.
