  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup ham, diced

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

  • Green onion, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil for greasing

  • 1 tablespoon salt for boiling water


  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • In a pot of boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the broccoli and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain the water well and cut the broccoli into smaller pieces.
